This seems just as relevant to that particular argument as the “illegal prime” idea is to the DMCA one. So what makes one OK and the other stupid?
Editor’s note: Sorry Theo, you’ve lost me. I have no idea what you mean, or how the two arguments (one, a mathematical one for the truth of the Ressurection, the other one for the legality of patent rights extending to numbers) are analogous.
