Brainwagon Radio: About Weight Loss and Frustration

The first of two podcasts I recorded earlier this week but only recently uploaded to my server. It’s mostly a rant against skinny people, stereotypes and weight loss.

I listen to your podcast on a pretty regular basis, seems our morning commute is of the same approximant distance/time. You would be amazed how many times you conclude your show just as I’m pulling into my parking lot at work.

At any rate I’m writing to comment on your weight loss podcast. First let me say that in addition to sharing a similar commute time, we are about the same size / weight. I’ve never broken the 300 mark but I’ve spent plenty of time bouncing off 250. I guess what I wanted to say is after listening to you every morning its obvious that you’re a very intelligent person and yet you sound in this podcast as though you simply believe the weight gods are against you and don’t recognize the concept that if you burn more calories than you take in you will loose weight. Or as my old school family doctor told me “exercise more eat less.”

This is by no means an attack I’m just saying do the math.
