Of course usually I go to the cheap kaiten sushi conveyor type joint, but anything to improve my manners is a big plus.

It’s a spoof, although I’m sure the manners indicated are appropriate. The visualization of the amount of fat in the high-fat tuna was particularly funny.
Editor’s note: I did sort of pick up on that, I don’t think that pasta is an appropriate base for any tuna.
