If the goal was to provide security, I’m sure a one cop taking a walk would find a felon a day in this neighborhood.
It’s legal to photograph anything that happens in public view. I like it that way, because it cuts both ways. We are allowed to take pictures of big brother too.
When that changes, then I’ll be alarmed.
