(BTW I was blown away by Ratatouille. The rendering of Paris at dawn was stunning, as was the writing and acting. The lighting and textures were perfect. And up until the credits rolled, I was sure that the voice of Remy had to be that of Paul Giamatti (of “Sideways”) since the voice and character was so much alike.)
